In this world première of a new work by the author of the Tony-nominated Play Memory two professional couples– one black, the other white – become neighbours in Detroit after the race riots of 1967. Together, they and their other friends strive to maintain the racial integration of their community and their children’s school. But skin colour, they find, isn’t the only thing that can drive people apart.
